Word processing will be advantage for teachers and students to use in the classroom. Teachers may assign students to create a report using word processing. Spreadsheets also benefit teachers to use. Spreadsheets can calculate mathematical formulas thus make it easier for students and teachers to understand mathematical equations and symbols. Databases are beneficiary for teachers to use in education. Databases can file student’s grades, schedules, and accounts that way the teachers have less paperwork. Teachers also use concept-mapping tools in the classroom to teach lessons to promote energize learning. Concept-mapping gives students a fun way to learn.

New's Headlines one- Meta search engines

The difference between a meta-search engine and a web search engine is that a meta-search engine does not own a database of Web pages, where as the web search engine only searchs for information on the world wide web. The meta-search engine sends your search terms to the databases maintained by search engine companies.

1) Solar energy might power iPods in the near future as well as, sugar.

2)Steve Jobs is the current CEO of Apple. Steve Ballmer is the current CEO of Microsort who replaced Bill Gates. Steve Wosniake is the cofounder of Apple Computers.

3)Pheonix Lander is on Mars taking pictures and making observations but probably won't last too much longer due to the cold.

4)Nintendo game manufacturer's goal is to get players off the couch and more fit with the game wii fit and studies show it may make users healthy.

5)According to the FCC cabel companies have until 2012 to support analog broadcasts. Cable companies finally switch over to digital programming in Feb. 17 2009.

My name is Summer Pouncey and I am 20 years old. I have no children, im single and I love to shop! I am from Gautier, Mississippi and attented Gautier schools all of my life. I graduated from GHS in 2006 and then moved to Starkville, Ms to attend Mississippi State University. After returning home in 2007 I continued my education at MGCCC. Currently I am attending University of Southren Miss and majoring in elementary education. I love to be around children and have a great desire to learn. I started subsitute teaching to get experience being around children. I am looking forward to being a teacher and having a classroom of my own!
