Stress, Anger, and Hostility Viedos

1. Do you feel that you are 'low hostile' or 'high hostile'? Low hostile.
2. What do you feel are 'aggressors' in your life? At school? A few aggressors in my life is time, organization, and decisions. Some days I get stressed because there is not enough time in the day to get everything done. At school an aggressor is organization. If assignments and papers are not organized is stress me out. A big aggressor in my life is making decisions. I always worry that I will make the wrong decisions.
3. Out of the three patients the doctors are researching, which one do you think is "high hostile" and "angry"? The monkeys
4. What do these findings suggest to you about your own lifestyle? That i do not tend to have high blood pressure or get stressed out because i do not have a dominate nature.
5. What are the negative medical effects the research team discovered happens from a 'high hostile' and 'angry' person? Being a 'high hostile' or 'angry' person effects a person's health in a negative way, such as raises blood pressure and heart rate. An 'angry person' has higher stress hormone levels and tend to have more clogged arteries which effects the cardiovascular muscles in a negative way.
